PACE Testimonial: Support when we needed it most

On behalf of my mom (Lola), I would like to say thank you for the many services that you have provided over this past year. 

The emergency communication system, the primary care physicians, the social support services that are in place, i.e., practical resources, answering questions, the comfort and reassurances that my mom appreciates. The nutritionist, the pharmacy, therapists, clinics, home care, transportation, the entire staff, what a great model for comprehensive health care. I understand the daily challenges that you must face, however it's easy to see that you good folks have created an atmosphere charged with wellness, comfort and recovery.

Before mom got involved with your program the family could see she was drifting in terms of her cognitive skills, which we know these issues are still ongoing, it’s part of the process relating to aging. Although every family has to go through these emotional adjustments, we're glad to be partnered up with your program.  Our mom and our family are thankful for the good work that you do, and we intend to take full advantage of your knowledge and experience in heath care hopefully for many years to come.

To the most wonderful team of people in the world,

Over the years I have grown to love and respect the awesome people you are and the awesome care that you give to me and my husband and all the other patients.

There have been days when I just wanted to throw in the towel as they say, but God opened my eyes to a team of professionals that were there for us and it has made all the difference. My son and I are the only ones caring for Mr. Riley and we have tried to give him our best but we could not have been successful without the team of nurses, doctors, pharmacists, aides, receptionists, therapists and the home care staff. Mrs. Crystal has been exceptional. We trust her and his personal drivers with our very lives.

What a team. I just want to say this program has been a lifesaver for me.  I have never had to do anything so challenging and I know that for all of you this has to be a passion like feeding the homeless is to me. I am finally trying to get back to my passion as you continue yours. Thanks to each and everyone of you for all you have done for me and my husband.
