Making a claim

All claims for PACE Southeast Michigan are processed by RTZ Systems.

Please email a copy of your W9 Taxpayer Identification Form to the attention of RTZ TPA to RTZ at tpasupport@collabrios.com. We are unable to pay any claims until your W9 is on file with us.
