Annual Report

PACE Southeast Michigan is a nonprofit health plan and provider that serves low-income, chronically ill aging adults with all-inclusive health and social services designed to keep them independent in the community. Our annual report gives a snapshot of the wonderful services provided by PACE and the people who make it special, including our team members, participants, and those who raise money to help provide this much-needed care.
