Program aims to keep seniors out of nursing homes, January 2022
Burlington, Ont., is adopting a holistic care model to keep older Canadians out of long-term care homes and hospital beds. In southeast Michigan, a similar program has keeps 4,400 nursing home-eligible seniors in their homes.
