When you enroll in PACE Southeast Michigan, our expert team works with you to develop a personalized care plan, including social, medical, and other services. PACE Southeast Michigan provides all the care and services covered by Medicare and Medicaid, as well as additional care and services deemed necessary by the care team. Services are based on the recommendations of our team of healthcare professionals. Not all people in PACE receive all these services.
