What is PACE?
PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique Medicare and Medicaid plan in Macomb, Wayne and Oakland counties for people aged 55 or older. We deliver all-inclusive, coordinated medical care under one roof. But we also go beyond, with a day center to meet mental health and social needs and home care services that bring the medical attention you deserve right to you. To make sure you can attend our day health center, we provide all medically necessary transportation to our facilities for activities and medical appointments.
