In August 2026, PACECare at Home, part of PACE Southeast Michigan, will begin offering companion care, personal care, safety and technology offerings and other helpful services to those living in select senior living communities in metro Detroit.

Our Companion care helps aging adults maintain independence with gentle, personalized support and meaningful connection. With our trusted caregivers by their side, seniors can continue living confidently and comfortably. Families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe and happy. Companion care includes: 

  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry and linen changes
  • Queuing and reminders for personal care
  • Activities to encourage mobility
  • Social engagement support
  • Morning and evening routine care

Our personal care services include bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility. Our caregivers provide personalized support that promotes independence, safety and dignity. Personal care may include: 

  • Self care and personal hygiene support
  • Meal delivery and feeding assistance
  • Mobility and transfer support   

We also are making other areas of life easier, by providing technology and safety services that can alert and monitor activity. 

  • Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)
  • Medication dispensing
  • Smart home safety support
