In-home care from the trusted team at PACECare at Home
In August 2026, PACECare at Home, part of PACE Southeast Michigan, will begin offering companion care, personal care, safety and technology offerings and other helpful services to those living in select senior living communities in metro Detroit.

Beginning in January 2027, PACECare at Home will begin offering these services in homes. These fee-based services are available for those who do not quality for PACE Southeast Michigan services or who are not members of the PACE program.
Services tailored to your needs
Our Companion care helps aging adults maintain independence with gentle, personalized support and meaningful connection. With our trusted caregivers by their side, seniors can continue living confidently and comfortably. Families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe and happy. Companion care includes:
- Social engagement through conversations, shared meals and activities.
- Everyday housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting and cleaning surfaces.
- Daily reminders for personal care, medications and more.
- Activities to encourage mobility like walking or participation in hobbies.
- Feeding support during meals.
Our personal care services include bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility. Our caregivers provide personalized support that promotes independence, safety and dignity. Personal care may include:
- Personal hygiene support including showering, grooming, dressing and more.
- Non-medical care like tube feeding and ostomy or catheter emptying.
- Mobility support and help with bed-to-chair transfers, Hoyer lift use and more.
We also are making other areas of life easier, by providing nutritious meals, delivered to your home. We also provide technology and safety services that can alert and monitor activity.
